Philosophy

Zenesis Consulting is built on a simple premise: the quality of outcomes is shaped by the quality of thinking that precedes them. Founder

Prof. Jeevan D’Mello GDArch, CMCA, AMS, LSM, PCAM, D. Litt, Professor and President of CAI (2024), is a distinguished architect by vocation, renowned as the ‘Father of Community Management in the Middle East’ due to his groundbreaking initiatives in establishing the field of residential management within the region. He is recognised as a global speaker in over 20 countries. He has been named among the Top 200 Global Thought Leaders (2021) and the Top 200 Voices in Leadership (2022).

An architect by training, he brings over three decades of experience across real estate development, management, advisory, and professional training. His work spans leadership roles within large-scale community environments, as well as advisory engagements with developers and organisations across the region. He has worked on and managed some of the world’s most iconic communities like Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest tower, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Living, among many others.

In 2014, Prof. Jeevan was the recipient of the esteemed ‘President’s Award’ in the United States, in addition to numerous other awards and accolades from across the globe. An accomplished author with four published books to his credit, he also holds the distinction of being a US-accredited lecturer authorised by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in Dubai and Bahrain.

He has contributed to the evolution of real estate management and customer excellence and organisational development practices through the creation of governance frameworks, operating models, and sector-focused education, alongside active participation in professional forums and platforms.
